• to publish and manage authorised Sojourn content on connected social-media services; and

CANS Social Bridge and Meta integration

Sojourn uses an authorised integration called CANS Social Bridge to manage content on official Sojourn social-media accounts, including Facebook and, where enabled, Instagram. The integration is used by authorised administrators only.

When an administrator connects Meta services, Meta may provide identifiers, Page information, account permissions and access tokens required to perform authorised publishing and account-management functions. Access credentials are stored securely by the integration and are not displayed publicly. The integration does not sell Meta user data and does not use connected-account data for advertising profiling.

The integration requests only permissions needed for the functions enabled by the administrator, such as identifying an authorised Facebook Page, reading Page engagement information and publishing Page content. Data received from Meta is used only to provide those authorised functions.

Disconnecting Meta and deleting integration data

An authorised administrator may disconnect Meta from the CANS Social Bridge at any time. When the connection is removed, stored Meta access credentials for that connection are deleted from the integration. If you believe personal information relating to you has been received through this integration and want it removed, contact Sojourn using the details below and describe the information concerned. We will review and delete information where appropriate and where retention is not required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and usage patterns. Third-party services may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.
